Artist Agreement.
_________________________________(Artist) agrees will contribute a 30% commission to ART VallARTa if any of this art work is sold during the exhibition or while at ART Vallarta and if sold to any client related to ART Vallarta.
Artist agrees to respect the investment of money, time and community support ART VallARTa puts into presenting my artwork and will not go around or present themselves directly to any of ART VallARTa's patrons, collectors or event attendees. I understand, Art Vallarta wants to feel free to send their patrons to my Facebook pages, websites, studios and exhibit my work. As a collaborative artist of ART VallARTa I understand, ART VallARTa is asking for a minimal commission and charge no fees to participate. In the event outside sale should be generated by this collaboration that I will respectfully pay the 30% commission to ART VallARTa as an offering to the investment/space they have offered, their continued support and future opportunities with ART VallARTa (for 6 months after the closing of exhibition)
ART VallARTa will do it best to handle your artwork with professional art handling practices. While in our exhibitions and in our galleries we do our best to take the best care of your artwork. We can not be financially liable for theft or damages. We have not had any incidences in our history and do our best with security and love of the preservation of artists works.
I understand ART VallARTa will do their best to get a fair market value for my artwork and build the marketability of my artwork. For a minimum of one year, I will not lower the price of the exhibited artwork that has appeared in any sale or exhibition at ART VallARTa (other than offer the work for a charitable donation).
Artwork exhibited will remain in the exhibition for the full length of the Exhibition. On some occassions, when a client is leaving town before the exhibit has closed, your piece may be removed from the exhibition as not to inhibits the artwork's sale.
ART VallARTa has the right to digitally or print photos of artists work, include your name for publicity and promotional purposes. Artist's name will be included whenever possible.
ART VallARTa has the right to promote your artwork on the ART VallARTa website.
Acuerdo del Artista
El artista está de acuerdo en aportar el 30% de comisión a ART VallARTa si alguna de sus piezas es vendida durante la exhibición o mientras esta se encuentre en ART VallARTa o si es vendida a cualquier cliente relacionado con ART VallARTa.
El artista está de acuerdo en respetar la inversión monetaria, en tiempo y soporte comunitario que ART VallARTa pone en presentar dicha obra por lo que se compromete a no presentarse directamente a ningún patrocinador, coleccionista, o asistente al evento en cuestión. Entendiendo que ART VallARTa quiere sentirse en libertad de enviar a sus patrocinadores enlaces a las redes sociales, sitios en línea, y estudios del artista para exhibir toda su obra. Como un artista colaborador de ART VallARTa, entiendo que ART VallARTa solicite una minima comision y no haga cargos de participación. En el evento de que esta colaboración genere ventas externas, el artista respetuosamente pagará el 30% de comisión a ART VallARTa como una retribución a la inversión/espacio que se ha proporcionado, su continuo soporte y futuras oportunidades con ART VallARTa (Por 6 meses después que se cierre la exhibición).
ART VallARTa hará lo mejor que pueda al manejar las obras con prácticas de manejo profesionales. Mientras las piezas sean exhibidas en nuestros eventos y galerías, haremos lo mejor posible por cuidar las obras. No podemos hacernos financieramente responsables por robo o daños. No hemos tenido a la fecha ningún incidente en nuestra historia y hacemos lo mejor posible en materia de seguridad y amor por preservar el trabajo de nuestros artistas.
El artista entiende que ART VallARTa hará su mejor esfuerzo para obtener un valor de mercado justo para sus obras dándole comerciabilidad. Por al menos un año, el artista no cambiará/bajará el precio de las piezas exhibidas que hayan aparecido en cualquier venta o exhibición en Art VallARTa (siendo la única excepción ofrecer dicha obra como donación a alguna fundación de caridad)
Las piezas de arte exhibidas permanecerán en exhibición durante todo el tiempo que dure dicha exhibición. En algunas ocasiones, cuando un cliente tenga que salir de la ciudad antes de que termine la exhibición, la pieza vendida podrá ser retirada de la exhibición a fin de no frustrar la venta.
ART VallARTa tiene el derecho de digitalizar o hacer impresiones fotográficas del trabajo del artista, incluyendo el nombre del mismo, para fines publicitarios y promocionales. El nombre de los artistas se incluirá todas las veces que sea posible.
ART VallARTa puede promover el trabajo del artista en el sitio web y redes sociales de ART VallARTa.
En el caso de que haya una venta, se solicita al artista elaborar una factura (ART VallARTa proveerá la CIF y datos para dicha elaboración), al recibirla se hará la transferencia correspondiente al número de cuenta (Número de Cuenta y Clabe son necesarios) los dias 15 o 30 del mes de la venta.
Si el artista no puede proporcionar una factura, Art Vallarta procesara el pago por medio de un tercero cobrando un 6% del total del precio de venta. Se entregará entonces al Artista una tarjeta de débito con los fondos correspondientes. Dicha tarjeta se puede utilizar como cualquier otra tarjeta de débito en cualquier comercio, en línea o en cajeros automáticos.
