Our most popular wine tasting: a selection of five boutique Mexican wines paired with five Mexican tasting dishes

If you have done this tasting before and would like to join us again: we keep track of all the clients and wines in each of our tastings, and we guarantee at least 3 of the wines will be different from your previous tasting.

Red corn tostada with mochete guacamole topped with saltamontes (grasshoppers)

Orange scented duck baked in a hoja santa leaf

Turquoise blue corn tamales – (vegetarian or meat) with mole

Shrimp skewers marinated in Mexican herbs serviced with jalapeno espuma

Chocolate chipotle with sweet tomatillo and Mexican vanilla sauces
