DESCRIPTION:Enjoy and learn about painting in nature. This class will take place on the Playa de los Muertos beach. Ernesto Guerra\, a talented acrylic artists with host your class and help you get prepared for your beach painting. You will decide what you would like to paint and set up your painting area. Portable easels and a stoll will be supplied.  An acrylic painting kit you can take home is available or you can use the paints and brushes at the beach. Canvases or Canvas boards are not included so you can bring one or pick one up for at the ART VallARTa store (usually  4 to 12 USD\, many sizes available. \nPlease bring sunscreen\, a hat\, water bottle and even a swim suit if you want to jump in the ocean. \nEveryone will meet at ART VallARTa at 8:45 to register\, pick a canvas if necessary\, grab a supply bag and you will all walk down to the beach and get settled. A Real Plein Air adventure. \n

DESCRIPTION:“Build The World of Alebrijes” led by lead puppeteer and performer Mindy Leanse as well as by writer\, director Georgina Escobar\, this interactive workshop will allow participants to make masks\, small puppets\, alebrijes\, and other Papier-mâché objects that will be used in and make up the world of The Night of The Alebrijes to be performed October 31 – November 10\, 2019  This is a one day workshop for building/making and painting.
