SUMMARY:The Male Figure: Ceramic Workshop with Rob Marsh
DESCRIPTION:An intensive into neoclassical/contemporary masculine focused sculpture. Students are welcome to bring inspiration(pictures) or just see where the clay takes you. We will be working towards partial or full nude male form. 4 classes: 3 for construction\, 1 for finishing after drying and firing. Tues\, Wed\, Thur 10-1 Nov 28-30. Finishing class Dec 11th. 10-1 (additional time and clay are available)\n\nStudents are encouraged to enter into our men and women painting men gallery show to display their work.\n\n25lb Red stoneware clay kit will be provided to sculpt with. White slip\, kiln firing and glazes/underglazes included.\n\n2500 pesos 4 classes\, full clay kit.

DESCRIPTION:October 27-29\, 2018 \nMAKE YOUR OWN MASK \nwith Master Alebrije Artist\, Uzziel Alvarez Fuentes from Mexico City \nUzziel Alvarez Fuentes will teach a 3 consectutive day paper mache  mask class. If you have ever wanted to create a one of a kind creation for the wall or to wear for the Day of the Dead you will learn many traditional Mexican technics and have an amazing piece of art. All supplies are included. Day 1 your will design your mask and prepare the base and start to add your features. Day two continue building out your mask and Day 3 paint and adorn your mask. \nThis 3 day\, Paper Mache Mask Workshop with Master Uzziel Alvarez Fuentes will start \nSaturday October 27 and end Monday Oct 29. \nClass times are 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm. \nCost for the full 3 day workshop is $2500 pesos.  Basic materials will be included. \n
