DESCRIPTION:Facemasks will be required as well as following posted health/safety protocol \nClasses available Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00 am- 12:30 pm & 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm – Saturdays 1:30 pm – 4:00 pm \nAddition classes on Wednesday July 21\, 2021 10:00 am- 12:30 pm & 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm \nMember price: 425.00 pesos Non-Member price: 675.00 plus cost of clay kit* \n*This class will take the beginner student through each step of slab and coiled based handbuilding with demos and ongoing help through the class. You will be familiarized with terms\, tools and processes\, supporting your creative vision. You will build projects from choosing your own idea\, or being inspired by the pieces intended gallery\, applying techniques you learn to create a piece that is uniquely yours. This is a fundamental easy class to enjoy\, inspire\, and explore clay work as an artist! \nAll students will be required to initially purchase a Clay kit\, that includes 12.5 lbs of Clay\, glazing and firing (scheduled)  The kit cost of 462.00 pesos will be added to your first class booked. A tool kit will also be required at 532.00 pesos.  Any additional classes booked you will be able to opt out of the Clay kit\, until you need more clay. \nThose who have been former students or are back from previous years are welcome to take the assisted open studio class to continue on your ceramic journey. \nA class has a minimum of 2 students.  If the minimum is not met you will be notified at least 24 hours prior to class time.

SUMMARY:Chefs Ruben and Nathalie's Magical Mexican Salsas
DESCRIPTION:Chefs Ruben and Nathalie will take us on a journey of different sauces that can be used in many different ways. Taking classic Mexican ingredients and by doing a variety of cooking techniques he will show how you can get many different flavors\, textures and options for other dishes. Ruben and Nathalie  make Salsas sing. You will help in the preparation and we will eat cool different salsas as we prepare them. We will also learn how to make classic sopes with a filling and test all the salsas that we have made to have some wonderful flavors. Beer\, wine\, local spirits and jugos are included. You will be comfortably full by the end of the meal and in a very happy mood… sometimes Salsa dancing breaks out from all the happiness.. A very popular class!
