Arts in Residence Annual Package

If you are looking for a place to live year-round or as a second home, we offer the Annual Arts in Residence Program at ART VallARTa. This program includes having access to an Artist Studio full time to do your work and/or to take classes to experiment and perfect your variety of skills in an Ideal living opportunity in a vibrant part of Puerto Vallarta a block and a half from the beach.

Cozy Studios start at $475 (monthly based on yearly lease), 2 bedrooms start at $1100 (monthly based on annual lease)  depending on apartment and view. This includes full use of the terraces, swimming pool, and BBQ. Maid service and air conditioning are additional.

Annual Residences can also offer you a gallery venue to display your artwork and possibly teaching opportunities to help with your expenses.
