In order to provide the best service and experience possible for both our students and teachers it is necessary to provide a cancellation policy for all our classes and workshops. We believe that the best way is to provide a very flexible plan and so we present you a very friendly policy based on the amount of time you have to cancel your reservation for a class/workshop. Before we go into full detail with the policy we’d like to present you the basic rule for signing up/reservation of the class or workshop you wish to attend:
-Payment is required in FULL at the time of sign up/reservation whether you do it by internet (PayPal) or in person at the ART VallARTa studio.
Now, let’s jump into the three standardized cancellaction policies:
1) Flexible: If you cancel your attendance to the class/workshop you signed up for within 30 DAYS you get a refund of 100% the amount of your payment.
2) Moderate: If you cancel your attendance to the class/workshop you signed up for within 2 WEEKS you get a refund of 50% the amount of your payment.
3) Strict: If you cancel your attendance to the class/workshop you signed up for in LESS THAN 1 WEEK OR YOU DON’T SHOW UP there will be no refund at all of your payment.
Any changes to reservations for your class/workshop must be SUBMITTED BY EMAIL TO: firstname.lastname@example.org /or/ email@example.com
